Inside your body, there are many bones.
BONE
All the bones in your body form your skeleton. Your skeleton protects and supports your body
The skull is the bone in your head.

Your bones are connected by JOINTS.
JOINTS help you to bend and move your body.
Our joints are: shoulder, elbow, wrist
ankle, knee and hip.
Your KNEE is a joint. Your KNEE helps you to bend your legs.
Your ELBOW is a joint. Your ELBOW helps you to move your arms.
